We stayed at this hotel for a family trip and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. It is close to everything, especially the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel provides great service and amenities, such as helpful staff and useful facilities like laundry and ironing. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer and kitchenette. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining area and sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the pleasant weather.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. Although there is no on-property restaurant, there are plenty of food options across the road. The apartment size and facilities are great, with a nice view and modern design. The reception staff are helpful and the daily cleaning service is a bonus. The provision of dishwashing, laundry, and toiletries is of high quality.

The hotel lacks insect screens on the doors and windows, which can be inconvenient during hot summer nights.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and pleasing to the eye, with a modern and practical design. The hotel facilities were great, with a great-sized TV screen in both the lounge and the bedroom. The kitchen facilities were also convenient, and the nice balcony was a bonus. We appreciated the secure undercover parking, made us feel at ease. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a smaller living area and provided easy access to transportation, including trams. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our experience more fun.

The room at Parc Hotel was spotlessly clean and had a balcony. We had two televisions, one in the lounge and another in the bedroom. The bedroom also had a small built-in desk with a supply of stationery, perfect for setting up a laptop. We appreciated the 15% discount provided by the hotel in response to our concerns.

Loved the fact that the room had all the basics in one neat little apartment, making it really convenient. The on-site parking was also a great advantage, as it provided easy access to our car.

We were really disappointed with the noise levels in the room. It was located near a busy road and tram lines, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
